The Billing Team is responsible for all Billing & Rating processes within Teleena. We produce the Wholesale & Retail invoices that are send out to the customers. (e.g. Ziggo Mobile)The team also produces BI reports that measure the KPI's and are exposed to management.My role is to coach and facilitate the team and make sure the Agile mindset and processes are followed up. Because of my history in Billing ( I was the system architect), I still play an important role on the technical side. The environment is SQL Server 2008 R2
