Our culture of excellence is dedicated to coupling our 5 CORE Competencies with supplementary training intensives by experienced instructors.Our philosophy of Fully Integrated Restoration Evangelism (F.I.R.E.) will be primarily focused on a specific local territory in union with a local church. Frontline experience is indispensable and each missionary will have an opportunity, with group support and guidance from experienced spiritual advisors, to utilize the most effective techniques for soul winning in a strategic fashion.
