Report to: Financial controllerSubordinate: 3Responsibilities: * Cash flow forecast and hedging analysis; * Daily expense review and sign off; * Guiding subordinates for daily & month end closing activities; * Consolidate actual cost report by site(we have 6 MEPs （Month End Package, i.e. company code> currently） with project; * P&L forecasting(sales, MCOS, SG&A, labor overhead etc.) in monthly base;* Coordinate corporate new application and workflow’s initialization or upgrade, providing necessary training and instruction to corresponding employees; * Tax return review, make sure the tax are declared in time and complying tax policy; * In charge of internal audit and external tax audit; * Apply tax preference or tax exemption according to latest local tax policy; * PP&E management, follow up new purchasing, transferring, scrapping and arrange physical count regularly. Achievement:1. Got a business tax exemption from Local tax bureau successfully and saved more than RMB 1 Million money for company;2. Coordinated the job transferring from site to SSC (Shared Service Center) smoothly when SSC initiated their responsibility. The job transferring including AP booking and payment release, Cash, inter-company, payroll, tax and GL;3. Initialized several new e-applications that required by corporate and guild corresponding employees to comply it successfully, kept finance procedure smoothly and got the appreciation from superior and corresponding employees, the e-application including T&E (travel and expense), VMF (vendor maintenance flow) eICV(inter-company charge) eHedge(hedging), data stream(FA) etc.
