Prepared for an SQF Audit by writing SOP's and SSOP's, assisted in mock recalls, organoleptic tests, collaborated in the writing of HACCP and and GMP's, created document registers, implemented a document numbering system, assisted in training employees, compared prospective ingredient components, conducted single-blind studies for product preference testing.
