- Monitoring and surveying of operational flows (inbound, returns, putaway, picking, packing, shipping), productivities and KPIs of the site of a client in the luxury fashion industry- Constant interaction with the client in follow-up of activities and issues management- Cooperation with site manager, operations manager, team leaders and the IT department in the governance of daily operations through data and process analysis- Supporting the administrative area in active and passive invoicing of site’s income statement- Spreading the lean culture within the site, identifying initiatives and projects within a continuous improvement perspective

- Knowledge of the plant logistics processes and of the basic principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)- Daily logistics processes governance of KPIs through Power BI - Creation of a forecast model of operating expenses and evaluation of resource and materials consumption based on Business Plan data- Reduction of downtime in packaging production lines related to the flow management of the automated warehouse (e.g., stacker cranes, AGVs) through the application of the DMAIC model- Development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) linked to logistics processes within a GMP context- Cooperation and interaction with other organizational levels and departments towards operations improvement
