As a sales associate at Kohls, my primary goal was to ensure that customers were satisfied with their shopping experience. I achieved this by helping shoppers locate merchandise, straightening the sales floor, and working at the register. I checked the stockroom and called other stores to find items for customers, always taking care to be pleasant and polite to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a substitute teacher, I stepped into the role of a classroom teacher to provide support in unsupervised classrooms. I worked in elementary, middle, and high school students in a variety of roles, including librarians and teaching assistants.
