Support professionals and family members to search for inclusive solutions and build sustainable agreements that will assist the family in preventing out of home placement, moving closer to successful reunification, or establishing permanency for involved youth. Lead Family Engagement Meetings and manage the multidisciplinary team through encouraging a strength-based discussion addressing the needs of the child and family. This includes making sure family and youth voices are heard.
