    I have performed the geochemical analysis of a meteoritical fragment never studied before. The material felt near Vigarano Pieve (Ferrara, ITALY) on December 24th 1901 and to analyze it I have developed a novel technique with the use of the X-Ray fluorescence (XRF). The novel analysis method can be applied to all precious materials (archaeology artifacts) , gold industry, ceramics) when their availability is very low (≤ 0.5g) and finds application in the gold industry, ceramic materials and environmental sediments.

    During my Geology years I have joined two fieldtrips in the North of Italy to map the Quaternary soil deposits closer the town center which could cause landslides. I have started by determining the mapping boundary on the topographical map and then I went on the field and I have mapped those deposits using the conventional geologic symbols. The structure and compostion of the sedimentary corps were drawn down as well so to determine the alluvial and geomorphological features of the area. The on-site orientation was done by using the compass. All the collected data was reported and presented and nowadays the final report is conserved at Ferrara University
