I joined LEON in 2015 as Team Member and I grew into the company focusing on training, Coffee was my passion and soon I became a Coffee Trainer. In January 2017 I joined the New Sites Opening teams and I have been in charge of coffee training for more than 15 openings in UK and Netherlands, working with LEON owned restaurants and franchisees partners. I then worked all my way to the Head of Coffee role, becoming responsible for all things coffee at LEON.As a parallel path, I became a Learning & Development manager, my current role: my main responsibility is the creation and management of content on our digital learning platform Attensi (gamified solution that we use since September 2020); I also create video content (training videos for new menu, H&S and procedures). I run two different workshops, one for Training Champions (our first career step) and one for Shift Managers. I work in close collaboration with the Operations managers and the Restaurants Solution team to ensure L&D practices are relevant to the business and always have the right impact for to the business.

Managed a five person team at a chemical plant that produces pharmaceuticals.Ensured health and safety standards were maintained in a high risk environment,managed chemical stores, oversaw delicate production of pharmaceuticals.

VAT and invoicing, admin duties.

Managing train and truck transportation for a logistics and customs company.Oversaw the secure transportation of large containers across country borders.

Worked at a call center for Toshiba, Sharp, Casio and Compaq assisting clientswith any technical queries regarding laptops and printers.
