For the past couple of years I have been involved in three main activities: gamification of corporate projects, communication and leadership training programs, and business coaching.My interest in gamification satrted when I witnessed the traditional e-learning methods fail in the various companies I was working at. With my game designer colleague we have developed the so called 'conservative gamification' method, which guarantees that the goal of the project is set according to the exact wishes of the client, the KPIs are defined, and the tool is used in order to produce a measurable output at the end of the process.Our motto is: fun, resilience and measurability.As for leadership training, I am convinced that continuous development and new insights are essential on all levels of management. Not only for self improvement, but also as a form of supervision of the actual status of the man in the given role. I believe in customized development. My many years in this field make it possible that I track and find the best way to get to the individual or group and help them in their need to function better, feel better.The same goes for business coaching. Lately, my main focuses have been employee retention and leladership adjustment during organisational change or personal promotion.
