As Office and Facility Specialist, I support and coordinate all office-related activities in our office in Budapest.Main responsibilities:Provides a satisfactory work environment (in terms of its technical conditions) to all staff in Hungary.Supports and prepares the annual maintenance and budget plan for the building.Takes the required actions in case of a malfunction and responds to staff members’ requests. Handles/moderates the needs indicated by the various departments.Manages daily tasks related to the office for the daily operation of the office.As the Safety Manager, complies with the relevant, globally accepted security standards, and prepares the required reports in cooperation with associated departments.Coordinates BHU-related insurance coverage, ensures the required certificates, and responds to questions from the head office.Pursuant to global and local requirements, keeps safety-related SOPs up to date, and participates in operation matters on a regional/global level.Promotes the efficiency of operational internal processes and regulations by providing the best possible solutions for all concerned. Makes proposals for the optimal utilization of office space.
