-Risk analysis and assessment of insurance needs, aimed at positioning in the insurance market;-Assessing the best insurance solutions and negotiating with Underwriters to find the best solution in terms of coverage/pricing with respect to Clients' needs;-Presenting to Prospects and Clients the terms and scope of the solutions adopted; Follow-up / portfolio management of existing Clients:-Technical support on insurance contract management;-Management of insurance contract documentation: issuance of coverage statements and insurance certificates, policy wording, change appendices, premium adjustments, profit sharing, etc;

-Manage and organize all requests through a SharePoint ticketing system;-Manage quantitative analysis, instrumental in defining KPI to measure advertising efficiency;-Design event table tents with Indesign for on-campus marketing;-Create district profile books and incumbent profile outlines using InDesign;-Take care of and research payroll discrepancies for accounting and employees.

Main Tasks :-Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks;-Research and generate lists of potential customers;- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops;- Help develop customer relationships and retain existing accounts;-Updating documents and sales records.

-Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls;-Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism;-Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues;-Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
