At Spark I support Tech Leadership in guiding a successful organisation of more than 120 people. I listen to teams needs and offer different solutions.We untangle big problems in focused workshops, or check-in and accelerate team progress through retrospective meetings. I usually create and moderate every session.I also coordinate, design and co-host bigger in-person or online events, where we inform, connect and celebrate our big Tech team and the wider company.

Since 2020, I’ve been partnering up with talented friends in groups of 2 to 6 people to participate in Game Jams, where we have to design and develop a game in one week or less, based on the event’s theme.While my main role is Designer of all visual assets (sprites, UI, logo, animations) I always shared with the team the work of defining our idea, mechanics and requirements, as well as testing and analysis of issues.In the last two Jams we joined, our games’ ratings reached the top 10%. For 8 years I worked in auditing and development of several Payment Softwares, belonging to large public or private payment institutions. In each of these scenarios full with dependencies and restrictions, I made sure to understand and communicate our biggest gaps and opportunities to have working and compliant systems that are also clear to the most diverse pool of users.I wrote requirements, negotiated with stakeholders, planned sprints, and participated actively in testing and incident analysis. And with each new release, I showed and explained our features to more teams and audiences, to make our products grow.
