The focus on insulation materials diagnostics, in particular Partial Discharge Analysis, and the product development of the relevant instruments and algorithms allowed me to grow a broad portfolio of expertise in many fields related to generation, transmission, and distribution. As a technical expert, I am dealing with matters from high voltage to electronics, from low frequency to UHF signals, from statistics to IT or chemical compounds. As a manager, the respect of the time-cost-quality paradigm, together with problem-solving, and team-leading skills are the keys of the achievements in my career. Furthermore, I am still cultivating the crush about diagnostics of the insulation systems of inverter-fed rotating machines that I developed during my MD thesis.
