Andrea is a Senior Director focused on strategic leadership for Partner Affairs xSegment Partner Evaluation & Compensation activities. She leads a team responsible for annual planning, evaluation and profit allocation/compensation activities to support the ~4000 US & Mexico Partners, with a focus on advancing tech enabled solutions in all aspects of delivery. Her team provides strategic analysis and executive level reporting of comprehensive partner evaluation, compensation and financial outcomes to the US Leadership Team & Board. Prior to her current role, she spent 18 years leading data analysis in support of both external and internal audit functions as part of PwC's Data Assurance (DA) practice.She formerly served as both as the Carolina's DA Market Director and as the Southeast Regional DA Director lead. She also served a formal two year rotation with PwC's National Office as a member of the Auditing Services, Methods & Tools team to assist in multiple programs aimed at the acceleration of data auditing for the global and US firm. Additional focus areas over her tenure have included: team and project management, senior management/executive level communication, audit planning, identification of key risks across financial and operational cycles, recommendation and execution of data-centric/automated test plans, and report and deliverables preparation.Clients have included Public and Private companies across multiple industries, including: Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Utilities, Financial Services, and Technology, in addition to Federal and Local Government clients, when residing in Washington, DC. Data experience has involved analysis, verification, manipulation, reporting, and development project work with exposure to multiple ERP platforms inclusive of: SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, Great Plains, Lawson, and a significant number of smaller and/or in-house developed systems. HR systems expertise across cloud based Oracle system, Peoplesoft, Workday, and Salesforce.
