I am an ecoscenographer, artist, performance maker, facilitator and Process Orientated Psychology student (Processwork). Processwork is a creative approach to therapy with awareness at its heart. It offers safe space to explore what is going in a person's life and helps them live more from their wholeness. What I personally love about Processwork it how it builds a bridge between everyday issues and a 'deeper dreaming' which can bring useful and often practical insights. I am now offering free taster sessions and low-cost therapy. I have also been working for over 30 years in the performing arts as a designer with a focus on working sustainably. I am co-founder of Ecostage, which was set up to support green theatre practices and incorporate, creativity, sustainability and wellbeing. I have spoken at symposia and colleges advocating for change and am included in several publications. I am also a practicing artist with a studio in South London.
