Responsibilities includes:•Reviewing files and staging it within the firms case management system•Preparing and filing motions and notices; drops and defaults•Reviewing/Understanding a foreclosure docket•Completing Pacer and SCRA searches and analyzing the results according to client requirements•Maintaining steps within the client systems.•Extensive communication with clients and borrowers via phone, email and client systems.•Maintain calendar, as well as prepping files for Hearings, Summary Judgments, Final Judgment, and Trial.
