Responsabilità e risultatiAccountable for managing the program throughout development, production and in service phases at agreed cost, technical, time and quality targets. Supports the programmes and commercial team for the bidding activities. In particular: • Ensuring that the contract requirements are met on time and to cost• Achieve a focused, cohesive project organisation• Managing the project team in accordance with the Plans • Providing the primary interface between the Customer and the project team for all aspects of the contract• Providing the project interface between Suppliers and the project team • Ensuring that the supplier directorates provide adequate and appropriate resources to the project• Monitoring resource use, trend and progress against the defined contract programme schedule and implementing corrective actions to ensure all commitments are achieved in as timely manner• Approving and authorising project documentation released • Controlling and approving Work Authorisations, Task Directives, subcontracts and Funding Releases• Attending the Configuration Management Committees and authorising project changes having cost and programme implications• Approving the implementing and updating of the Risk Management Plan during the whole programme

Engineering Manager (Area Professionale Great Engineering: System Engineer RF) nell'ambito di progetti RF Product;Gestione Tecnica del Progetto (Flusso delle Non Conformità - NCR/NCFR/QI/QN; Interfaccia tra il cliente e progettazione specialistica; Riferimento Technical Design Authority;Gestione della Configurazione (varianti e loro flusso di approvazione con livello MSL; Deroghe di Produzione); Gestione del team di lavoro (incluse risorse laboratorio) nonché delle attività di laboratorio previste;Referente per le attività di testing ambientale che si svolgono presso i laboratori esterni nonché per la progettazione/specificazione di nuove fixture e/o tools di test.Interfaccia verso il cliente nell'ambito delle attività di validazione modelli termostrutturali ed analisi dati sperimentali.Interfaccia verso Operation per le attività di Mechanical Design Proving e Disegnazione, nonché responsabile dei relativi Work Package.
