As a certified staffing professional (CSP) and the Executive Director of Topeka Youth Project, I lead a non-profit organization that empowers youth to achieve their career goals and aspirations. With over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and project management, I have the skills and expertise to design and implement effective programs and services that support youth in their job readiness and career development.In my current role, I provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including fundraising, budgeting, partnerships, staff development, and program evaluation. I also work directly with youth and employers to provide job coaching, mentoring, and placement services. My mission is to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of youth by helping them discover their strengths, develop their skills, and pursue their passions.
