Working for the BBC Workplace department, I'll guide people transition through the office move journey. From helping to prepare the new Tea Factory, to moving out of The Mailbox and all that comes in-between. I’ll help staff through a new way of working out of Digbeth, through training and familiarisation, creating a community we can be proud of.

This includes Project Registers to keep track of activity. Implementing and project managing plans for structural change across BBC Birmingham, maximizing the accommodation potential of our building and ensure all teams have effective accommodation in which to work. Being the link and primary liaison between multiple BBC Birmingham stakeholders and the service providers Mitie, Servest and ATOS. I am the circus master!I am an ambassador within BBC Birmingham, championing improved ways of working, in order to drive efficiencies throughout the business.The deputy lead for the site's business continuity plan and chairing the SIMT (site incident management team).

I managed the Studio Tours and a Visitor Centre at BBC Birmingham.The free Visitor Centre (aka The Public Space) attracted 45,000 people a year, the ticketed Studio Tours gave 5,000 visitors a year a sneak peak behind the scenes of broadcasting.I recruited and trained tour guides to be entertaining and informative, bringing TV, radio and online productions to life in a variety of creative ways. I always found solutions to make visits as interactive as possible - new scripts for a DIY radio play, the refurbishment of a CBBC Copycats set and the design of a TV observation quiz... the list goes on!I ran a happy ship - my team were fantastic guides and we successfully won many Tourism Awards.My work benefited others by giving them information in a fun and interesting way - I empowered people in the mysteries of broadcasting!
