About Andrea Cook
I earned the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) after visiting with a friend who is a CSM. I am eager to transition to this new role in the agile coaching arena.I continued my learning and earned SAFe 5.1 Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and LUMA Design Thinking certifications. I am actively working to earn my SAFe 5.1 Leading Agile certification.I have taught 20 years at the high school level. I have served as a campus technology trainer for 8 years. I worked to enhance student/parent relations, learning and development, team leadership, and technology integration while accomplishing campus and district goals.I enjoy collaborating with teams and stakeholders to reach their goal(s). I am a servant leader who can coach a team using the SCRUM framework to build positive relationships. I’m a certified life coach as well, and can support staff when challenges are present. Having excellent people skills with detailed business and technology understandings will make me an ideal candidate for a SCRUM Master position.
