-Worked with Directors of the Mountain North Denver Operating Group (5 hospitals and various clinics) to gather data and established monthly report structure for neighborhood health centers-Created worksheets to track finances, patient volumes and satisfaction scores for neighborhood health centers and emergency departments-Collaborated and worked closely with Family Medicine clinic to implement a new dental hygienist into their practice-Managed relationships and communications with various vendors and contractors to coordinate renovation projects and moves within 84th Avenue Neighborhood Health Center, projects include:----New Lab project – relocation of the lab from the south end of the building to within the Emergency Room.----New Access Restriction Walls – walls built are meant to limit access from non-associates to the campus and into secure areas like the emergency department.----New Canopy and Drop off zone in front entrance to clinics was built for ease of access to our patients and guests.----Renovating old patient rooms to a new call center space to house 70 associates----Worked with vendors to receive a quote for new interior and exterior cameras and an upgraded access control system----Installation of new televisions and upgraded speaker system in the Emergency Room----General improvements around site – tree trimming, exterior directional signs, internal directional signs, painting, etc.-Operated as the secondary business support personnel/point of contact within other departments as needed; Executive suite, Facilities Management, Emergency Room-Organized and coordinated events to increase associate satisfaction and to strengthen relations with community members, emergency medical services and community partners-Responsible for daily operations of 84th Avenue Neighborhood Health CenterIncrease communication within 84th Avenue Neighborhood Health Center through emailed Talking Points and daily rounding on departments
