Plant dedicated to the production and delivery of more than 1000 different seat set according to JiS modality for a total of 280 car set/day.Production is consisting of 3 assembly lines:• “M161-Levante”• “M156/7-Quattroporte and Ghibli”• ”955-Alfa Romeo Mito”involving in the activities more than 750 employees.Achievements:Managing the rump up of Maserati Levante production (from 60 vehicles/day to 140 vehicles/day);Managing the shift pattern change from 5 working days/week to 6 working days/week;Improvement in H&S (from 14 injuries in 2016 to 5 in 2017 and 2 in 2018);Improvement of Direct Efficency from 58% (Jun ‘16) to 81.5% (Sep ’17) and avg 80% in 2018 even with a strong impact of “Short Working Condition” (several lay offs and high rotation of the Associates);Reduction of Customer’ debit notes from $0,65M of 2016 down to $25K of 2017 and $0 in 2018;Reduction of containment costs (CSL2/1) from $1,5M of 2016 down to $0,72M of 2017 and $0,19M in 2018 (all CSL2/1 activities reduced to zero in September 2018);Reduction of scrap cost (% on cost of material) from 1,9% in 2017 down to 1,0% in 2018;All Customer Quality indicators under control (FCA Bid List green and PA green);Reduction of absentheism from 8,3% in 2016 to 7,3% in 2017 and 5,3% in 2018;Improvement of Delivery Performances from 85% in 2016 up to 98,6% in 2017 and 99,8% in 2018.

Plant dedicated to the production and delivery of more than 400 different plastic products according to JiT and JiS modality.Production is consisting of 6 Injection Moulding Machines, 1 assembly line, 5 punching machine, 5 welding machine and involving in the activities more than 70 peopleResponsibilities: manage production and the deliveries of the new dashboard’ components to DAIMLER (Actros/Antos/Arocs SFTP Project - 4 different typologies/families of dashboard) during SOP phase. Develop and implement a new surveillance system /tool, in SAP context, to control the suppliers’ performance. Plan of activities for improvement of production/logistic performances. Optimize warehouse lay out and material flows.Achievements: improvement on DP (Delivery Performance) from 84% to 99%.

Responsibilities: start up a new plant for JiS deliveries of assembled Bumpers and Frontal Grilles to IVECO (Stralis Truck Project). Activate a network of local suppliers for manpower, tool/machine reparation and maintenance, etc. Create a working team for JiS delivery, manage and develop a customer-integrated system for “call off” controlling. Train people in specific areas/role (shift leading, quality controlling, etc.). Be the reference for the Costumer for the product improvement and coordinate SOLE’ Design-Purchase-Sales Depts. and Suppliers in all related activities. Define and optimize lay out and material flow. Install and develop the quality system (acting as QA Manager) according to ISO TS16949, ISO 14001.Achievements: 0 RPPM during the period 2007-2012. 100% on DP of serial parts in the last 5 years (delivered parts in more than 800 different colors). Over 99% in DP of spare parts in the last 6 years. Zero injured in the period 2007-2012. Obtained ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 certification.

Responsibilities: manage JiS delivery of Glove Boxes to OPEL GM (A3300 Astra Program) in Antwerp and deliveries to OPEL GM Bochum (GE) and VAUXALL GM Ellesmere Porth (EN). Coordinate production (molding and assembling area) and logistic teams. Plan maintenance of all machine/tools. Manage and coordinate all the activities in case of machine/tool breakdown. Reference person for the Costumer in case of quality issues.Achievements: 100 RPPM (Trg = 25). 100% in DP of serial parts to all the destination plants. 100% in DP in spare parts.

Responsibilities: manage a shift of the molding area (67 IMM, more than 40 operators, 15 mechanics) and coordinate the tool changes ( more than 10/shift).

Responsabilities: coordinate equipment’s installation/transfer, optimize assembly areas, define and improve internal production procedures. Manage team in scrap’s analysis and scrap’s reduction. Responsible of communication between injection molding area, painting area and final assembling area in case of scrap’s containment.Acting as deputy of injection molding area’s responsible and coordinate all shift leaders.

Responsibilities: validate internal processes, testing new materials, analyse experimental data and prepare final reports for components’ validation.Ensure technical support to the “Research Program” of the Company in collaboration with the University of Padova.Achievements: obtained a 1,4M€ grant from the Italian Ministry of Research and University for creation of a injection control system (closed loop) based on neural networks acting together with pressure sensors in the tool cavity.
