Main scopes of my position are:• Control and oversee the administrative and financial activity and the executive control in compliance with the current laws• Develop the financial strategies of the company to raise the financial resources and ensure the business growth plans in the medium-long term• Control the arrangement of all administrative/financial reporting, assuring the direct communication to the shareholders and to the financial community• Develop and control the implementation of strategic plans, programs and projects for the corporate development• Manage all the legal aspects (contracts, personnel, litigation, etc.)• Ensure the management of all issues related to employed personnel, both in the internal and external relations• Ensure the adequacy, safety and performance of the company's computer system, both in terms of databases, networks, hardware and software for the clients and the server
