• In charge of a Global Sales team (America’s, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa) and responsible for setting and achieving global annual sales targets and margins. • Responsible for providing customer support from new aircraft introduction (Airbus A350 & Boeing 787) to end-of-life planning for legacy platforms. Developed and signed contracts with airlines that include a variety of inventory and maintenance support solutions (Power-by-hour, Fixed Pricing, time and material).• Continuously monitoring KPIs, such as order-to-cash, warranty performance, shop processing time, and inventory volumes.

• Responsible for Moog products and performance at Airline operators. This includes monitoring technical performance, reliability, customer satisfaction and adherence to Product Support Agreements. • Main responsibility was the transition of the Airbus A350 development aircraft program to a production program (entry into service). Worked with the airlines (remote and on site) to prepare for taking delivery of new aircraft (spares planning, training, maintenance schemes, etc).• Acted as the primary customer interface communicating business and technical information externally to customers and internally to responsible Moog cross–site, cross functional support teams

Airbus A350 Primary Flight Controls Project Lead• Responsible for leading program team through design, development, and risk reduction activities for the A350 Primary Flight Control Electronics, maintaining compliance to customers cost, schedule, and technical requirements. • Requirements trace-ability as well as requirements verification and validation to ensure compliance to all customer & federal requirements. • Coordinate daily with materials management and supply chain personnel to ensure timely supply of materials, while adhering to program financial budgets. • Lead production team activities, securing required resources and facilities and managing all aspects to produce top and lower level assemblies. • Acted as the primary customer interface communicating technical information.Vibration Control Actuation System (VCAS) Project Lead• Responsible for the Vibration Control product line and project performance across multiple helicopter programs and customers. • Provided the technical direction and support to guide the design, development, and production activities for the heritage Vibration Control Products (OEM as well as all aftermarket). • Also responsible for the development activities for all new vibration suppression platforms, including Vibration Control Computers. • In late 2010, successfully executed 2 flight demos with Bell Helicopter demonstrating Moog’s ability to provide complete turn-key solutions for an entire Vibration Control system. • In 2011, was the lead on the Moog team that received the 100th Anniversary Robert Collier Award in conjunction with Sikorsky for their partnership in developing the X-2 rotorcraft technology

F-35 CTOL/STOVL Electronics Project Lead• Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and production activities for the Primary Flight Control Electronic as well as development activities for all sub-components and F-35 Partner supplied units (Parker and Hamilton Sundstrand). • Key activities included tracking cost, schedule, and resources via EVMS.
