• Lead and manage a successful software testing team of eCOA product suite for client delivery• Provide overall direction and guidance to the testing team on a day-to-day basis • Ensuring the team is consistently delivering high quality software following industry best practices and quality standards • Expert to other software testers to provide advice and solutions • Responsible for any issues or problems within the software testing team and make sure they are dealt with appropriately • Partner with department leaders and project management team to facilitate, manage, and respond to resource needs for the testing team and operations team• Provide testing estimation for client change requests and initial builds• Resource testing team assignments• Monitor and track project progress from development through production release

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Responsible for managing a team of Software Test Engineers/Automation Engineers to ensure the timely testing and release of software applications.- Proactively identify opportunities for operational process improvement and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.- Coordinate employee development plans and annual performance appraisals; make salary, bonus, and promotion recommendations.- Work with management on defining and implementing testing and validation team roadmap, goals, and vision.- Motivate staff towards efficient teamwork.- Understands the functional business processes across the entire organization.- Works closely with Technical Delivery staff to formulate the high-level testing solution and is responsible for ensuring that the testing strategy includes complete coverage of requirements and business process.- Demonstrate total ownership, accountability, and commitment to the Testing team deliverables.- Provide support to Testing staff on other internal initiatives as assigned.- Provide external audit support, giving presentations on our SDLC and Validation processes.DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE- Acts as approver on testing documents and scripts. Reviews testing results and ensures quality and adherence to SDLC processes.- Manages testing workload for testing multiple products in various phases of development to meet deadlines.- Set performance and team expectations and monitor/measure the team’s and individuals’ work to ensure that development project commitments and targets are met.- Leads with the development and documentation of testing processes and procedures, writing and contributing to SOP's and Working Instructions across the organization.- Provide KPI metrics to SLT.- Builds a strong relationship with resources involved in the building and delivery of releases to ensure that a clear understanding of what is required is always achieved.
