Personal and Executive Assistant to the owner, acting as Chief of Staff & Office Manager. Provide administrative support in all areas of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to acting as the gatekeeper to the owner/head advisor, managing multiple calendars, coordinating international and domestic luxury travel, orchestrating two residences and house staff, handling any personal errands, acting as the Human Resources manager for the office; organizing interviews and generating employee contracts, facilitating the auction season for the office (request catalogues and tickets for clients, and other important ad hoc tasks as they arise for the owner, family, or office.
