I teach high school business and marketing courses at Trigg County High School to students in grades 9-12. I have overseen our co-op/internship program from 2016-2023. I oversaw the school store and supervised students working in the store and creating store apparel. I assisted with the high school annual and corrdination of Prom. I served as the advisor for the student organization, DECA. I helped students prepare for competition, planned, executed and supervised school trips regionally, through the state as well as to other states.

I assist with various ministries at Liberty Point Baptist Church, but the main focus is youth ministry.

I grew up working on the family farm. Over the years I have assisted with milking cows and raising crops - tobacco, hay and corn. Currently we have hogs, beef cattle, chickens, horses, donkeys and goats and still raise corn and hay.

I assisted the adults in our community with earning their GED certificate, taking workplace assessments, improving their basic academic skill set and preparing for the workforce.

I worked in many areas of the middle and high school assisting with special education students. I worked in the Functionally & Mentally Disabled classroom, Emotional & Behavior Classroom as well as multiple classrooms for students with mild learning disabilities. I also coordinated the after school tutoring program for students struggling or failing their classes. During this time I also served as a bus monitor on the special needs bus.
