Exercise Health and Physiology, CSEP-CPT, Certified Nutrition Coach and MBA), integrated with being a lifelong athlete, captain of her University soccer team, starting her own thriving businesses, and overcoming her own personal obstacles lend themselves well to empowering others to fulfill their purpose and build their own successful practices and organizations.Andrea has helped build and grow several start-ups in the health and wellness space, including a non-profit dedicated to improving the mental health of youth, SPARX Canada, and Change Maker Academy, a company devoted to helping health and fitness professionals turn their passion into a powerful purpose and a wildly successful career. She also sits on the board of a non-profit, Innovations in Health, and is an active speaker that bridges the gap between health and wellness, business, and communication.Her love of people and seeing them as the most important resource in any business’s success, makes the annulus of psychology, human behaviour, communication, physiology and business her playground – using a multitude of lenses to see and navigate roadblocks brings her an immense amount of joy, which further fuels her love of continuous learning and growth.Andrea loves being around people who think differently and who have become true masters of their craft.
