Over the last five years I have been appointed to run the operations and manage the features by six different organisations across a portfolio of fourteen varied events, many of them held annually. After five very successful years freelancing in the UK, I have now moved to Muscat, Oman and am therefore ideally placed to assist both UK Organisers running events in the Middle East and Exhibition Organisers based in the Middle East needing some freelance expertise.I am highly experienced and have a vast knowledge of the operational procedures required to stage an exhibition in both the consumer and b2b sectors and I have delivered events internationally in three different continents. My key skills include being driven, resourceful, highly organised, effective and motivated and I have an excellent understanding of the budgets, timelines, and strategies behind a successful event. Features are also my passion and I love nothing better than seeing a feature area develop from sketchy concept to on-site reality and I have an excellent understanding of what works in an exhibition environment in terms of look, use of space, functionality and visitor experience.One of my client refers to me as his "look to" for operations knowledge and I am proud of the fact that I have never lost a client or exhibition to another freelancer.
