In this Chief of Staff function I was responsible for key business functions including oversight of a $60M P&L budget, strategic and operational planning, developing and oversight of executive performance reporting metrics, comprehensive workforce planning, modeling, forecasting and oversight for an organization ranging from 300 to 800 full time and contingent resources, organizational change, governance and strategic program implementation and adoption. Simultaneously, I also led a custom technical custom reporting.

Led overall planning, management and execution of enterprise level transformational projects across multiple workstreams, providing context, direction and leadership to teams and workstream owners. I drove, negotiated and met strategic project objectives within scope, cost and schedule, partnering across the organization to implement change and drive adoption. Demonstrated thought leadership, hands-on execution and relationship management skills to move projects and programs through pipeline from planning to closure in an effective and efficient manner. Produced all project and program artifacts including business cases, statements of work, project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, RACI, communication plans, stakeholder communications, stakeholder and impact gap analysis, current and future state process mapping. Identified and managed dependencies, risks, issues and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse impacts on other projects and programs. Responsible for roadmap planning and execution, adoption and sustainability planning, portfolio and governance tailgates and routines through to handoff to the business.

In this role I was responsible for the development, implementation and management of 32 integrated Voice of Client Programs impacting 20,000 teammates via multiple survey methodologies and vendors across the enterprise, resulting in #1 consumer loyalty ranking within 18 months.
