I am an IT professional with extensive experience in NHS Healthcare IT, particularly in RIS/PACS, Imaging and Maternity systems. Over the past 20+years I have been involved in Project/ Programme delivery of Radiology RIS/PACS solutions into Healthcare environments.A proven dedicated and professional Project and Programme Manager, I enjoy leading successful implementation teams and working closely with board level stakeholders and SROs to ensure an end product that meets business and clinical needs. With excellent communication skills, I am able to motivate and guide team members to ensure quality systems delivery. At an enterprise level, I am able to make a significant contribution to solution design and interoperability of PACS, RIS and associated solutions from a clinical perspective to ensure efficiency, safety and effectiveness. This includes ability to manage many customer facing activities, representing Supplier as subject matter expert at NHS meetings and events. For 11 years, I led Programme Management Office for Magentus ( previously Wellbeing Software and HSS ) for all implementation projects across the Radiology, Maternity and eConsent customer estates in UK and Ireland. I managed a team of Project Managers, Project Co-ordinators and Project Support Officers and lead a wide variety of implementation programmes of works. This ranged from large scale programmes involving multiple trusts in regional instances / country wide programmes such as NIMIS ( Ireland) / UK wide private customers all with complex integration and data migration requirements, as well as smaller first of type deliveries for new software products or deployment of new interfaces/ modules.I have extensive experience supporting the pre-sales processes from a Project and Solution perspective, defining and documenting implementation approach and assessing requirements. My previous role also included being Clinical Safety Officer for Magentus and its products ensuring adherence to strict clinical safety management processes under DCB0129. As a former Radiographer I have a strong clinical background, with extensive experience in Healthcare workflow and common radiology practices. I can relate to and understand the challenges presented within the Radiology business and can draw on experiences of a multiplicity of different Trusts to find solutions for end users. I enjoy a challenging role and can evidence highly developed organisational skill and have been integral to delivering Healthcare solutions to multiple Trusts across England.
