The purpose of the job is to provide an efficient Scheduling service to the I&FS Growth Platforms.This primarily involves working to ensure all personnel are deployed effectively to meet current business demand whilst ensuring the best utilisation of skills and career development opportunities, thereby maximising the productivity of our business.This is a fast paced environment with high volume requests and there is an absolute need to deliver professional, efficient and high quality results. The role often involves balancing multiple priorities and dealing with demanding senior individuals which, whilst being highly rewarding,requires a HR Scheduler with both excellent business sense and strong negotiation skills.The focus for scheduling is therefore on the much smaller group of resources either not on a client project or due to end on a project.In addition, this role gets involved in Management reporting and Scheduling training at induction of new joiner groups.
