•Responsible to oversee a Supply Chain integrated by multiple suppliers shipping around 1000+ components from around the country, timely and effectively receive raw material to meet production requirements.•Working with several areas like marketing, quality and purchasing to coordinate the activities required to implement new projects , support the suppliers with Quality issues and ensure the commercial agreements are properly followed.

• Responsible to follow up and report KPI´s such as DOH, Cash Inventories, Scorecard and Production Plans.• Responsible to oversee production plans to optimized them and control inventories.• Determine which plants and production lines are best to produce new Sku´s for the company.• Create and implement new controlling methods to make the area sustainable.• Create production plans for every plant to ensure finish products ready to fulfill demand. • Link to open communication channel in between planners and plants.

•Responsible to oversee a Supply Chain integrated by 112 suppliers shipping 1,500 components from US and Canada to timely and effectively receive automotive components to meet production requirements. •Responsible to accomplish the governing procedures and corporate policies to monitor and manage a daily productive inventory of US$32 M to ensure FCA Group financial statement accuracy.•Coordinate the activities with the Supply Chain Management group to identify potential logistics cost savings and lead the Kaizen projects to address them. •Working with Engineering, Quality and Purchasing to coordinate the activities required to implement Engineering Changes, support the suppliers with Quality issues and ensure the commercial agreements are properly followed.•Leading Kaizen Projects with an annual cost savings over US$500 K, exceeding the performance indicator by 40%.

•Responsible to oversee a Supply Chain integrated by 150 suppliers shipping 800 components from Mexico to timely and effectively receive automotive components to meet production requirements. •Responsible to accomplish the governing procedures and corporate policies to monitor and manage a daily productive inventory of US$4.6 M to ensure FCA Group financial statement accuracy.•Coordinate the activities with the Supply Chain Management group to identify potential logistics cost savings and lead the Kaizen projects to address them. •Working with Engineering, Quality and Purchasing to coordinate the activities required to implement Engineering Changes, support the suppliers with Quality issues and ensure the commercial agreements are properly followed.•Leading Kaizen Projects with an annual cost savings over US$500 K, exceeding the performance indicator by 40%.

•Responsible to coordinate the national and international suppliers to provide pilot material to be used during production tryouts and new model launches. •Coordinate the activities with Logistics, Purchasing, Quality and Suppliers to obtain material on time and under the quality requirement for new model launches•Responsible to coordinate the Material Logistics Management teams to meet the different Pilot phases and production requirements. •World Class Manufacturing coordinator responsible to implement Logistics projects in order to create a smooth material flow from the Supplier to the usage point.
