More than eighteen years ago, she joined E-Control in its second year of existence and was an international relations pioneer. Cooperation with international colleagues, preparing screening legislation and setting up the representation of the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) in Brussels were her passion. Since 2016, she has shared her knowledge about the process of liberalisation and European regulation and her international experience with mentees in the ICER women in Energy programme. She was also a pioneer in the Energy Community, acting as Head of Section for the Energy Community Regulatory Board (ECRB) after chairing its predecessor organisation, where she also headed the group that established guidelines for vulnerable customers which became the first act of the ECRB. In her private life, she works as a trainer for pupils and students and teaches them how to learn.
