I create and review the business processes and procedures and ensure the company passes government audits.I developed and now manage the mentor protege program for the company. We are currently in our second relationship with a protege.In addition, I was instrumental in moving the company headquarters from NJ to VA, including 57 offices and 5 business areas.

My responsibilities included managing the Wealth Management Bank suite of products, working to ensure that my program passed the CMMI requirements, worked to implement the SDLC process for the Wealth Management Bank and worked to develop the Agile processes used at the organization.
