I am the co-founder and Partner in Social Vantage Advisory. I have over 25 years' experience in human services within the government and non-government sectors, in both frontline service delivery and policy and program design.I have held roles including Director at EY, where I was the Human Services Lead for Queensland, Executive Director of Operations (Child Safety) within the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services, and Assistant Children's Commissioner at the Queensland Family and Child Commission, where I was responses for the Advocacy, Policy, Research and Sector Development teams.Through these roles I was responsible for leading multiple complex legislative and systemic reforms, leading the design and implementation of state-wide programs, managing large-scale projects, engaging with diverse communities and delivering projects within high pressured and publicly accountable environments.I am a highly regarded and experienced leader in human services, particularly in managing large scale transformation. I have leveraged my deep understanding of the sector to design, deliver and evaluate many programs supporting vulnerable children, young people and families.
