As a Case Manager & Recruiter at National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), I support children and families in reunifying and overcoming any challenges. Additionally, I plan and attend public events to promote our organization through media, networking, and building collaborative relationships. I am working towards my Masters in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University. I am skilled in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, case management, legal compliance and building meaning professional connections through previous and current employment experiences. I have over four years of work experience in the human services and nonprofit sector, where I have contributed to the mission of empowering and advocating for children and adults in need.
