Team management with 2 employees.• Responsible for the import operations of the factories of international suppliers of raw materials, products for resale and equipment.• Negotiation and contract management with dispatchers, port terminals, EADIs, freight agents, shipping lines and transport services (road, sea and cabotage).• Negotiation of chemical inputs, polymers, packaging and matrices for the factories of adhesives and rubber compounds.• Definition of the strategy of the import sector and analysis of the "gaps" of the area.• Mapping of operational procedures, automation of processes and changes in work routines.• Implementation of KPIs in the area of Supplies.

Team management with 8 employees.• Management of negotiations for the purchase of imported and domestic raw materials, packaging, CAPEX categories (purchase of industrial equipment), chemicals and pigments.• Negotiation of transport services by road, rail, sea, inland waterway and cabotage, port services and dispatchers.• Physical and financial control of stock levels of strategic raw materials in port warehouses.• Leadership of the Capex Buyers Committee in the Company's factories.• Definition of the strategy and structuring of the process of negotiation of packaging in a corporate standard.• Development of new suppliers and participation in the technical approval process of the same.• Definition and implementation of KPIs.• Management and delivery of technical reports and compliance with deadlines at DNPM (National Department of Mineral Research).• Participation in construction project of new plant, negotiations of mining equipment (purchase, transportation and installation) and assembly of quality control laboratory.

• Report to the Purchasing Category Corporative Manager.• Negotiation of raw materials and transport services.• Control of the adjustments of the inputs that make up the cost of road freight (tire, diesel, labor, maintenance and toll).• Elaboration and maintenance of the Internal Purchasing Inflation Index.

• Responsible for the updating of technical standards and follow-up of quality tests of truck parts and components.
