Directed all wholesales and retail sales and marketing activities including budget and sales forecast, cost control, national sales per channel, vendors and product mix, supervision and training of 120 sales force and replenishment force, point of sales coverage, pricing per channel, promotional activities and actions (bonuses, discounts, awards, campaigns, events, media), warehouse merchandise and inventory supervision, merchandise orders and competitive analysis. Key accomplishments included:o Achieved a 46% brand sales growth – highest growth rate in the company.o Grew brand market share by 12 points.o Established national distribution of product in over 200 new accounts.o Developed marketing strategies to raise brand recognition. o Introduced the new exclusive personal care line of products into the market.

Joined the company as a regional director in charge of opening the La Paz branch for marketing and human resources outsourcing services.
