I am a senior operations executive who has had the privilege of performing key roles in building and expanding two companies that gained a significant presence in the metal recycling industry. This sector is incredibly dynamic and to be successful, a leader who has equal experience in finance, manufacturing inventory, logistics, and regulatory risk mitigation is a must-have. Blaze Recycling provided the platform that allowed me to take my relentless drive for process improvement and execute against an operating plan that lead to an eventual successful exit for the Founders. It was those same Founders that recruited me to help them build Encore Recycling and Encore Auto Salvage. For the past 20 +years, I designed and implemented the strategies and systems for nine facilities located in two states. Having accomplished those goals, it is time for me to partner with another organization or group of investors.
