- Provides support to AXS customer service agents. Assists via in-person floor support, and remotely over Slack. Ability to assist on average 3-5 agents in several slack channels.
- Ability to effectively communicate any ongoing issues on support escalations to be resolved. Assists with escalating requests to the proper support teams for further assistance.
- Escalate requests to be reviewed by the venues and clients. Monitor daily for responses and updates to provide to customers. Submits follow-up requests when required.
- Complete client requests; including, following up with customers, researching customer’s accounts, and processing refunds and or exchanges.
- Assists fulfillment by running and correcting shipping order exception reports. Ensures shipping exceptions are resolved before cut-off dates. Able to assist with shipping domestic and international addresses.
- Assisted with Client Services Department projects. Provided on-site event ticketing assistance. Resolved any ticketing software issues on-site.
