CurrentOversees the end-to-end process of asset creation, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences.Serves as the central point of contact for all digital and social creative projects, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, social, design, content) and external partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers) to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.Works closely with stakeholders to develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs, outlining project requirements, objectives, and key messaging to guide the creative team.Implements efficient workflows and systems to streamline the creative production process, including asset review and approval procedures, version control, and asset organization.Ensures the highest standard of creative excellence and brand consistency across all assets, conducting thorough reviews to assess visual quality, messaging alignment, and compliance with brand standards.Coordinates the creation of visual assets for the brand's global websites and retailer sites, optimizing imagery, graphics, and multimedia content to enhance user experience and drive conversions.Manages the creative budget, tracking expenses, negotiating vendor contracts, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI while maintaining quality standards.Monitors the performance of creative assets and campaigns, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive results.Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and social media marketing within the beauty and skincare sector.Develops and produces visually appealing and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and others.
