NoiseNet analyses the noise impact on residential properties using IoT devices such as the Raspberry Pi to detect and analyze the different noise sources using AI technologies. My main role in this company was to provide my experience in designing manufacturing procedures to improve the quality and control of the product. In exchange, I was going to obtain work experience in software development for IoT and AWS Amazon Services.This company offered me an Internship for three months to develop the following tasks:- Provide assistance in the device design, software upgrades and improvements over the manufacturing process.- Create work instructions and measure cycle time for each manufacturing process taken to build the noise Monitors.- Provide assistance and gain an overview of AWS especially the S3 and Lambda function services.

-Provided support to the NMS tool, resolving problems of connection and operation of this web tool.-Identified recurring faults and problems with Nokia cell phone models.- Analysed equipment repair reports to guide Service Centre with the diagnosis of the failure of mobile devices.- Provided technical and logistic support of the NMS tool in both English and Spanish languages as I was responsible for some South American countries like Argentina and Colombia and some English-speaking countries of the Caribbean like Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago.

The company is the second largest telecommunication company in Colombia, South America and in my role as part of a team we achieved major records setting new benchmarks for resolving customer technical problems from 10 minutes down to 8 minutes. Among other tasks performed by me daily were:- Configured and provided support of wireless networks (WIRELESS) customers with WiFi service, managing security standards like WPA, WEP. - Supplied support for configuring and installing a physical local client network, using multiple computers and devices within the connection.- Analyzed ADSL signal through programs such as GPBNA, Configurator, Speedometer among others, to diagnose problems with copper cabling , the noise in the signal , the status of the port and therefore verify the Internet Service.- Executef remote access and configuration of modems allocated by ETB, by entering the IP address of the modem, configuring the encryption type, password, signal channel, among other parameters adapting the Internet service to different applications such as games online, remote access to cameras and VPN.- According to the network of the clients performed maintenance using different console commands such as Ipconfig, ping, ARP, Tracert, among others.- Managed different Operating Systems such as WINDOWS, LINUX and MAC in terms of internet connection.-Configured and detected failures on the Internet service, Voip and additional services applied to VPN and remote camera control.

As part of my thesis project I was linked in the project entitled ¨ Design, Implementation and assembly of an animatronics based on the bottlenose dolphin to the exhibition hall of the Museum of the Sea ¨, among the task developed in this project were:- Analysed the locomotion of the dolphin to adapt its movements to the robot .This machine should performed the movement of the jaw, pectoral fins and caudal fin as real dolphin does.- Designed and simulated the mechanisms to adapt the muscular effort done on the dolphin to perform locomotion using programs such as Solid Edge and Blender.- Simulated the circuits required for the movement of robot mechanisms and using programs likeCircuit Maker ,Workbench and Proteus.-Selected the microcontroller for controlling the movements of the robot and programming it with MPlab, using different sequences in order to adapt the outputs of the microcontroller to the circuits designed previously. - Assembled and connect the electronic circuit to the microcontroller to test the functions to be performed robot, moved the jaw and the tail fin a certain number of repetitions and move the flippers for 5 minutes.- Implemented the prototype of the robot to make the respective adjustments as to the mechanisms and electronic control.
