Dual qualified (Italy; UK) all-around commercial IP-IT media & technology lawyer.15+ years experience helping video game and digital entertainment organizations achieve their commercial goals and manage risk in Europe both as in-house counsel with Activision Blizzard and Take Two Interactive and most recently as a Milan based private practice lawyer.I have practiced Italian, English and EU law in Italy and the UK, at international law firms and in-house.In addition to being a practicing lawyer, I lecture on intellectual property law, videogame and esports law at Queen Mary University of London (since 2011) and at other academic and professional institutions.My legal practice focuses on assisting, international (i) video game developers, publishers, distributors, (ii) creators, publishers and distributor of other digital entertainment content, (iii) console manufactures and OTT platforms making available video game and other digital entertainment content to Italy and EU-based customers, (iv) other esports industry players (including players, teams, tournament organizers, media platforms, brands and investors), (v) technology, internet and creative industries players doing business in Italy and the EU.
