Working at Verizon it was my primary duty to discover the customers needs and potential interests in Verizon services and customize a solution for them that would fit their needs. These products included anything from cell phones and home phones to iPads and machine to machine solutions. I also provided service to customers through troubleshooting problems with their device and going over billing concerns and questions.

I worked as a make up artist for the MACosmetics counter for over three years. My number one priority was to offer the best customer service possible. I connected with my customers and sold them the right products based on their needs. I also helped manage basic functions at the counter including inventory management and basic peer coaching.
