👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻Let me introduce myself! I'm Andrea, and I'm 27. I'm curious, self-motivated, hard-working, and goal-oriented. I'm punctual and organized, and I'm used to working both independently and as part of a team. I like challenges, and I have no issues with working under pressure.🎓🎓🎓My education includes two degrees in economics, specifically a bachelor's degree (in Italian) based on the study of political economy, economic history, business, and Italian and European Law, and a master's degree (in English) based on advanced (macro and micro) economic theory, mathematics, statistics, and econometrics.⚒⚒⚒I started having professional experiences in a university setting, by working first at the Erasmus+ Office and then at the Dean's Office Secretariat of the School of Economics. The former allowed me to develop excellent intercultural communication skills. The latter instead made me used to work under pressure. Currently, I work as a trainee at the Economic Research Department of BNL BNP Paribas, where I conduct economic research in the fields of macroeconomics (focusing on Italian and international economy), and banking and finance. For many years now, I have also been a football referee, as I'm passionate about sports.🇮🇹-🇬🇧-🇫🇷I speak three languages, and my goal is to learn more. The first one is Italian, which is my mother tongue. Then comes English, which I have learned thanks to in-depth studies and to several experiences in English-speaking countries (such as the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States). I hold two certifications that are recognized internationally issued by the University of Cambridge (FCE and CAE). Finally, I speak French at an intermediate level, but I want to better my level of language proficiency.💻💻💻I have an advanced IT knowledge. I'm proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel (for which I completed an advanced course on the online platform Udemy), and PowerPoint, as I have used them intensively both at school and at work. Moreover, during my university studies, I learned how to use different software for statistical analysis of data, namely Stata and Matlab. I also know the basics of Python.
