Create and manage a winning commercial strategy with these clients in close collaboration with the relevant Randstad Operating Companies, leveraging their growth strategy and capabilities.Key activities amongst many other activities:- Develop account plans,together with the clients, and uses this to guide the virtual account community to improve their impact at clients and successfully win profitable market share- Guide international account teams.- Analyse client demands and define solutions for complex client needs by internationally integrating and aligning different Randstad labels and concepts or working with external partners.- Build, extend and maintain network with stakeholders and decision makers of global clients, prospects and external influencers- Manage the information flow between the client organization and the Randstad organization
