Completes daily, weekly, monthly and yearly documentation as required by state and federal regulations. Maintains in-home client files according to standards and protocol established. Communicates professionally with families, Case Manager, health care personnel, schools, and employers. participates in Manager’s meetings, team meetings and other departmental meetings. Plans and implements community based, age appropriate, recreational activities for the clients. Implements required training protocol for new and existing staff. Responds appropriately and promptly to on-call situations.

Ensure a high level of customer service to all Marketing Guests of the resort. Ensure SMART Accommodations are completed for each marketing guest who arrives. Create all welcome letter for on and off property guests and deliver to the Front Desk the day prior to arrival for all marketing guests. Ensure sales taxes and arrival notes are entered for each marketing guest. Handle any and all customer guest check-in and/or hotel issues, resolving all issues prior to guest scheduled tour presentation. Ensure a performance standard of arrivals to tours of at least 96%. Call all hotels and report on no shows to hotel on a daily basis. Coordinate tour no shows with the Reservations team so that the guest tour can be rescheduled prior to their departure. Perform all other duties deemed necessary by the department manager

Evaluates, maintains and improves efficiency of organization. Develops and implements new procedures, policies and paperwork to simplify and improve operation. Determines need for new equipment. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
