Current• Supports the VP/Marketing by developing and executing ideas, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects, ensuring their completion.• Creates sketches, storyboards, and drafts to represent ideas visually.• Comprehends marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and the target audience.• Manages projects from initial concept to final execution, adhering to budget and deadlines.• Works alongside sales and marketing teams to design effective programs and campaigns.• Partners with the Communications Manager and VP/Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.• Designs ad specialties.• Acts as the Bureau's designated photographer, videographer, and web designer.• Liaises with print companies on internal collateral projects.• Organizes and maintains a high-quality image repository to fulfill communications and marketing requirements.• Develops specialized sales and marketing videos for bids, presentations, greetings, and special projects.• Leads the creative team in the production stage of visual, multimedia, and technology-focused campaigns.
